Majestics Car Club 50th Anniversary

It is hard to believe that 50 years have gone by since five teenage boys started the Majestics Rod and Custom Club here in Regina in 1962. In 1969 we became the Majestics Car Club and have remained so to the present.

On the July long weekend, starting Friday June 29^th 2012, we will be celebrating this momentous event. As a present or past member of the club we hope that you will join us in this celebration and have a great time with old and new friends. While we will have some free souvenirs for you to remember the occasion there will be a cost recovery charge for special 50^th Anniversary shirts we are having made if you want one. The price will be $45.00 each. Registration forms will be mailed out in January so please fill out the entry form and reply by May 15, 2012 so that we may properly plan for you to have a memorable time.

Our proposed agenda for the weekend is as follows:

Fri. June 29^th

1. Registration at Clubhouse (1790 MacKay Street) from 9A.M.- Noon

2. Golf tournament – 9 holes at Flowing Springs Golf Course (maps at club house) - Noon T - off

3. Happy hour 1 P.M.- 3 P.M. hotdogs and refreshments at Dale & Annetta Marten’s farm (across from golf course)

4. Show and Shine open to public down town on the new mall 6:P.M. – 9:P.M.

5. Barbeque at Clubhouse with other car clubs 9:P.M.

Sat. June 30^th

1. Open house at Club house 9 A.M. – 3 P.M.

2. Registration for old members

3. Breakfast by club members 9 A.M. - 11 A.M.

4. Garage tours / poker run leaving at Noon

5. Show & shine at Officers Club.

6. Barbeque at Officers Club 6 P.M.

Sun. July 1^st – Pancake breakfast and goodbye at Majestics clubhouse
